ROSA Magazine

Women in Power and Politics

ROSA Magazine approached me at its inception to help with their layout and graphic design, and I jumped at the new opportunity. The magazine showed promise, with a meaningful message and a target market anxious for powerful content.
Little did I know, the magazine had failed to budget for a full design team… I was pretty much it.
So with a deadline looming, I worked tirelessly to not only lay out the entire first edition, but also to establish templates and brand guidelines that would be used moving forward.
I agreed to the job under the assumption I was one of multiple freelance designers. I finished the job with the title of Art Director and Lead Graphic Designer… and a 117 page magazine under my belt.
